From athlete to survivor to guide—Ryan Syverson helps others reclaim their health,
break free from chronic illness, and rediscover their vitality.
Ryan Syverson is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner, certified Wellness Code Academy® Coach, and a certified Whole Psychology Method™ Coach who specializes in complex, chronic illnesses like autoimmunity, Fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease, and Mold illness.
In 2010, Ryan lost his health and went from a competitive athlete to someone barely functioning. After seeing dozens of doctors with little progress or answers for his condition outside of fibromyalgia, he went to find them on his own. Through this process, he was able to learn more about himself and finally treat his root causes, which turned out to be mold and Lyme disease. Along this journey he was also able to break free from the anxiety and depression that haunted him for decades and discover his unique gift and passion for helping others.
For the past 6 years, Ryan has helped countless individuals recover their energy, overcome their pain, and break free from self-sabotaging/limiting behaviors that have been holding them back.
When he’s not geeking out on health or working with clients, you’ll likely find him out with his wife enjoying some great food, outdoor adventuring, in the gym or on the golf course losing money to his buddies.
Madison knows firsthand that healing isn’t a quick fix—it’s a journey, and
she’s here to guide you toward lasting wellness, one step at a time.
Madison Patterson has always had a passion for serving others, and health coaching has been her dream job for as long as she can remember. She earned her BA in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas in 2016, deepening her understanding of human behavior and holistic well-being.
Her health journey began at 23 when, despite appearing fit, she faced debilitating gut and mental health challenges. After multiple prescriptions and gallbladder removal surgery worsened her symptoms, she took a different approach—working with Brendan and gradually adopting a holistic lifestyle.
Madison’s transformation fuels her commitment to helping others on their wellness journey. She believes healing is a process, not an overnight fix, and that small, intentional steps create lasting change. As a mother, she is passionate about empowering others to take control of their health for themselves and their families. She values each person’s unique needs and provides personalized support to help clients find what works best for them.
Brendan has been Madison’s mentor since 2018, and she credits her coaching expertise to his training over the past seven years.
Beyond coaching, Madison is a wife, mom to two boys, and homeschools while caring for a small flock of chickens. Living overseas has given her insight into maintaining a holistic lifestyle without modern conveniences. She enjoys baking for loved ones, discovering new hikes with her boys, and finding new ways to grow and be challenged.
From personal crisis to healing guide—Becca Lieb empowers women with
autoimmunity and mental health struggles to rewrite their health story.
Becca Lieb is a certified NTP, RWP, and HTMA practitioner, working with clients who struggle with autoimmune, digestion, and mental health disturbances. Becca received her BA from Yale University in 2010, where she took numerous courses in Environmental Studies and was mentored by Professor John Wargo. She has a background working as an environmental organizer, advocating for the public health of communities in Southern California who have been poisoned by dangerous fossil fuel infrastructure.
Becca decided to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner after her own health scare left her without answers from conventional medicine. When Becca and her husband moved into a beautiful 1700s farm house in Western Massachusetts, Becca knew absolutely nothing about toxic mold. Her health had been steadily declining for some years, but within weeks of moving into the home, her health took a nosedive. Becca lost much of her short term memory, experienced episodes of vertigo, full-body blistering eczema, panic attacks, depression, and extreme gastrointestinal reactions to many different types of foods. Becca went to see a conventional rheumatologist, who diagnosed her with 3 autoimmune disorders, and told Becca she wasn’t sick “enough” to be put on prescriptions. That was when Becca knew that she needed to search for better answers than “come back when you feel sicker.”
This sparked a journey of self healing, getting certified as an NTP, and helping her clients through similar struggles.
Becca is a classically trained painter and received her MFA from California Institute of the Arts. In her spare time, she loves to paint, go on long walks in Central Park with her dachshund, Slinky, and bake gluten free bread. She is an avid outdoorsist, and she’s climbed The Grand Teton and Mount Kilimanjaro.
Becca’s favorite clients to work with are women who have complex autoimmunity and mental health struggles. One of Becca’s favorite parts of being an NTP is using health coaching to help shift behavioral patterns, resulting in long-term changes for her clients.
