What stood out to me about Brendan's workshop on the Organic Acids Test was the fact that such a simple test could contain so much information about a person. After attending the workshop, I knew I wanted to take the course.
I came to believe that this is a valuable test that I could offer to my clients at a reasonable price. The workshop gave me an understanding of the OAT test, the amount and kind of information it gives, and helped me me have an understanding of how to use it better with clients.
My biggest takeaway from the workshop was how valuable OAT testing can be to see what's occurring metabolically inside the body as concrete outputs, versus intermediate processes shown in other forms of testing.
This workshop benefited my clients by giving me a wider perspective on how to use specific types of functional lab testing, including OAT, blood chemistry, chemical and molds, and stool testing, in efficient ways for both money invested and relevance of clinical insights.
Brendan has a great, relaxed teaching style and he’s able to breakdown complex subject matter in an understandable and actionable way. He includes many clinical pearls and insights as he goes step by step through each marker on the lab test.
Organic Acid Testing always seemed mysterious, complex and confusing to me but after attending the workshop and then diving into the advanced course, I feel like I have another great tool to use to identify and correlate underlying stressors.
I was grateful to take Brendan’s advanced OAT workshop. Brendan is a great presenter offering deep insight into how all the moving parts come together to tell a story. I learned how to look at the overall patterns of results and not just the individual markers.
