"I have struggled with digestive issues for as long as I can remember. Where do I get my blood drawn?

The blood draws and lab samples are done through LabCorp blood draw sites. Please use this link to ensure you have a LabCorp blood draw site near you: https://www.labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments-advanced-search

Why can't I just have my PCP do the blood work?

Well, technically you can. Your Doctor has access to all of these tests and you are always welcome to make testing requests to your Healthcare Provider. Keep in mind that Healthcare Providers recommend/order testing based on if they deem it ‘medically necessary’. If they do not believe it to be medically necessary, they likely will not run the testing or be able to bill it through insurance. These days anyone can purchase lab testing out of pocket through direct-to-consumer lab testing businesses.

Testing not available in NY and New Jersey due to legal restrictions.

International options are available. Please submit an inquiry and we can see if we are able to get testing to your region.

Why are prices not listed?

The Mental M.A.P.™ is not just a test. It’s an experience. We currently offer 5 variations of The Mental M.A.P.™ test and we combine the testing with consulting and coaching services to help clients reach their health goals. We used to sell the test direct-to-consumer through this webpage but decided to remove such access as we strive to customize the experience to the physiological, psychological, and financial needs of each individual. Through the consultation process, we will help you to determine if The Mental M.A.P.™ is right for you, which variation of the panel best suits your needs, and what services will help you reach and sustain your goals.

What type of specimen does the test require?

The ‘at-home’ Mental M.A.P.™ requires at-home urine samples, and a finger-prick blood spot. The Mental M.A.P.™ Panels require a venous blood draw, urine, and stool samples through LabCorp.

What are my options for ongoing support?

We offer ongoing support through coaching and clinical consulting. We offer various session packages, programs, and individual sessions for continued support in health.

What is the cost of the service/interpretation?

It depends on which service is chosen. We offer session packages for ongoing support AND individual sessions. Hourly rates range from $200/hr to $400/hr. Please discuss with our consultants to determine which panel and service is right for your unique needs.

What does The Mental M.A.P.™ experience entail?

It entails customized lab testing with a personalized interpretation and program to guide you to your health goals and beyond. We prefer to work with clients long-term, but do offer individual session options as well.

How long does it take to get the results?

It typically takes 2-3 weeks to get results once the specimens have been received by the laboratory.

Once the results are in, then what?

Once the results have been received, we will interpret the results from a functional perspective and provide a personalized road-map to achieve and sustain your goals.

When should I retest?

We make retesting recommendations on a case-by-case basis. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend lab testing at least twice per year for general health monitoring, and every 2-3 months for program evaluation.
